1. Carbon fiber composite robot processing unit: FlexCube is the first robot flexible workstation for machining, polishing, grinding, assembly and other applications of Anghua. It is the first product jointly developed by Anghua and the Fraunhofer Research Institute in Germany. Compared with the traditional robot system, the advantages are higher flexibility, shorter on-site configuration time and many other advantages.
2. High-flexibility automatic gluing station for carbon fiber parts: a special gluing unit developed for the semi-automatic carbon fiber production line of auto parts. Equipped with two-component high-flow gluing system. It can be applied to glue compatible with hundreds of carbon fiber parts, and the size of carbon fiber parts can be compatible up to 2 meters * 3 meters.
3. Carbon fiber composite drilling and grinding composite unit: It is a processing and grinding unit for high-speed rail parts. It adopts fully enclosed automatic dust removal and modular unit design. The parts are automatically polished, trimmed, and drilled from entering to exiting. Modular design, scalable, can be quickly upgraded to automated production lines, thereby improving the tact.
4. Intelligent assembly line for carbon fiber composite molding: At present, an automated production line for prepreg thermoforming has been built in China, providing one-stop services including pre-engineering consultation, mid-term process testing, post-equipment provision, and final production debugging. The whole line is compatible with 28 kinds of body carbon fiber covering parts, with a production capacity of 5,000 pieces/year (1.5*1.9M parts) and an area of 20,000 square meters. The whole line adopts the prepreg thermoforming process, which is a complete solution from raw material, refrigeration, thermoforming, trimming and opening, automatic gluing, automatic assembly, static curing, blue light detection to the final product off-line. In addition, Mr. Wang also introduced the power battery carbon fiber battery case assembly plan and the multi-variety trial production line solution equipped with the Electric Group BROETJE prepreg automatic laying machine.
