On June 10-11, 2020, Liuzhou, Guangxi, Anwha participated in the "9th International Automotive Powertrain Intelligent Manufacturing Summit" co-hosted by SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd. and Dongfeng Liuzhou Automobile Co., Ltd. , experts and leaders in powertrain manufacturers and other industries have in-depth exchanges, sharing the technical accumulation and application cases of Anwha in the field of powertrain manufacturing in recent years.

　　On behalf of the company, Xu Wenlong, director of automation solutions, delivered a keynote speech and shared two parts. The first part briefly introduces that Anwha, as a one-stop solution provider for factory automation, can provide customers with five modules of services in the whole manufacturing process including engineering consulting, program planning, equipment supply, service outsourcing and technical training. At the same time, it expressed to industry customers Anwha's firm determination to continue to contribute to the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry on a larger platform after joining Shanghai Electric in 2019.

　　The second part is case sharing. Mr. Xu first shared the representative project cases of Anwha in recent years, including battery module assembly line, battery packaging and wiring, motor/electronic control/electric drive assembly line, etc.; secondly, he shared a well-known domestic OEM of Anwha. The new energy drive motor (flat wire motor) assembly line, the flat wire motor rotor and assembly line is divided into three parts: the rotor assembly area, the stator & rotor assembly area, and the motor assembly assembly area. The design adopts the concept of independent manufacturing island, and the seven-axis robot automatically transports and transports workpieces to each manufacturing island. According to the factory production plan, the MES system mobilizes the AGV to automatically pick up the material in the vertical warehouse, automatically transport it to the production line, the robot automatically grabs and unloads the material, and finally the AGV automatically transports the finished product into the warehouse. Introducing the concept of industrial design, the appearance and structure of the equipment are consistent, and the overall protection is beautiful and visible. The whole line has the characteristics of flexibility, informatization, intelligence and aesthetics. At the same time, it also focused on sharing the motor controller assembly and test line customized by Anwha, including three parts: IGBT selection welding line, controller general assembly line and controller test line. The line body adopts a double-layer structure, and the upper layer of the empty tray is returned, which effectively saves the space of the lower line body. The whole line is compatible with single-motor controller and dual-motor controller. The design of the whole line adopts double-track independent circulation, the automatic station covers the double-track, and the manual station and the two-track are independent of each other, which effectively saves space. With centralized nail supply, all the screws required for the entire line are centrally positioned on the pallet at the first station. The number of nail feeders is greatly reduced, the floor space of the nail feeders is saved, and the flexibility is stronger. There is no need to consider the compatibility of screws when changing models, so that the automation rate of the entire line is as high as 85%.
